Rules of Engagement

By participating in the SCIC MHI Practitioners’ Forum

I am aware and will abide with all applicable laws, including competition laws. There shall be no discussion of any company’s competitively sensitive information and sharing of any proprietary information.
I am aware and will abide to the Competition/AntiTrust Law with the 3 Main Elements in General:
- Prohibiting agreements or practices that restrict free trading and competition between business entities.
- Banning abusive behaviour by a firm dominating a market, or anti-competitive practices that tend to lead to such a dominant position. Practices controlled in this way may include predatory pricing, tying, price gouging, refusal to deal and many others.
- Supervising the mergers and acquisitions of large corporations, including some joint ventures.
